"I would not recommend this agency to anyone. I signed up for coverage in August of this year and it has been nothing but headaches. I was told we could pay premiums online and that never happened. The biggest offense is they dropped my coverage without notifying me. When I called the branch I was told “oh yeah someone was supposed to call you a month ago to let you know” I was driving uninsured and didn’t know it. I did not even get an apology from them.
